A week like none known
toddler dancing in the show
pink tutu and tights
baby with giggles
the Binky joke charms us both
offer then snatch back
the ear infection
beat back by amoxicillin
and mango sorbet
did not kill husband
despite all our sleeplessness
we are still married
my glass is half full
has no cracks and no lipstick
but I'd prefer wine
